They also said " The IEEE Transactions on VLSI Systems is published as a monthly journal under the co-sponsorship of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society, the IEEE Computer Society, and the IEEE Solid-State Circuits Society. Topics of special interest include, but are not strictly limited to, the following. Systems Specifications, Design and Partitioning. High Performance Computing and Communication Systems." The meta header had TVLSI as the first optimized keyword. This keyword is followed by IEEE, Solid-State, and Circuits which isn't as important as TVLSI. The other words tvlsi.eecs.northwestern.edu used was Systems. Society is included but could not be understood by web engines.
